Mrs. Heuermann has taught kindergarten and first grades at St. Philomena since 1997-98, and celebrated 30 years as a teacher in 2023-2024. Mrs. Heuermann is from Peoria and earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Eureka College.  She is married with two children, Nick (married to Bridget) and Rachel, and has three grandchildren, Lydia, Adler and Fiona.  Mrs. Heuermann enjoys gardening, walking her dog, cooking, and sewing.

Mrs. Joschko began working at St. Philomena in the 2024-25 school year as a school counselor. She holds a BA-Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University and a MA in School Counseling from Bradley University. She and her husband, Brian, have four children, Katherine, Jacob, Patrick and Ryan. In her time at home, she enjoys baking/cooking, going for walks and playing games with my family.

Miss Kelly joined the St. Philomena Faculty in the 2021-22 school year  after earning a degree in Elementary Education with an ESL endorsement from Bradley University in 2021. Miss Kelly is a Peoria native. She graduated from St. Philomena in 2013! Outside of school, Miss Kelly enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking her dog Millie, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.

Mrs. Kincaid has taught fifth grade and junior high math at St. Philomena since 2002-03.  In 2024 she was honored for her 35 years of teaching experience which includes third through eighth grades as well as art.  Mrs. Kincaid is from Manhattan, KS and earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State.  She has two daughters, Chelsea and MacKenzie.  Mrs. Kincaid enjoys watching sports, especially the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Cardinals, swimming and being in the sun, traveling, and Starbucks.

Mrs. Alison King joined the faculty in the 2023-24 school year. She began teaching in 2004 and has experience in grades K-3 and special education. A native of Rio, IL, Alison is a graduate of St. Ambrose University with degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education. She and her husband, Thad, have four children: sons Kaiser and Kason, and daughters Blair and Blythe. Outside of school Mrs. King loves spending time with family. She also enjoys playing and watching sports, being outside and reading.
