Thank you to everyone who was able to donate blood at our Kelly Needham Memorial Blood Drive on February 23. There were 75 donors who presented and we collected 63 units of blood. Since the first drive in 2013, we have collected a total of 432 units of blood. Thank you! 

Join us for February’s Women’s Night Thursday, February 28 at 7:00pm in the Parish Center. It’s fellowship with B-I-N-G-O!

Three-year-old PreK for 2019-20: Completed registration packets are due to the parish office by March 1.

Men’s Club Smoker will be Sunday, March 3 from 12-5pm in the school gym. Men’s Club members are needed to volunteer: https://www.stphils.com/church/events/mens-club-smoker/

Lent begins with Ash Wednesday, which is March 6 this year. Mass and distribution of ashes will be at 7am, 8am, 9am (school Mass) and 5:30pm. See the March 3 bulletin for times at other local parishes.

Pancake and sausage breakfast, sponsored by St. Philomena Cub Scout Pack #18, will be Sun., Mar. 10 from 8am-1pm in the school cafeteria. Tickets are available at the door or in advance after Mass this weekend.

Fish Fry Dinners this Lent will be Fridays March 15 & 29 from 5-7:30pm in the school cafeteria. Enter through the gym doors on the main campus parking lot.

Biddy Basketball registration is open at www.stphils.com/school/ (click on the icon for Athletics Registration-League Lineup on the bottom half of the page) Open to boys and girls in our parish who are in grades 1-4. The Respect Life Office invites all to come to the viewing of “Power in My Hands” on Saturday, March 16 at 1:00 PM at the Spalding Pastoral Center, 419 NE Madison Avenue, Peoria. This film represents the faces of America and proposes the power of the rosary for all people of all ages to usher in an era of peace, harmony and most of all hope. The cost is $5.00 and if possible a donation of diapers (sizes 4, 5 and 6 and any size pull-ups) for the Saint Gianna Baby Pantry.
