March 16, 2020: Parish Office Closed
16 Mar 2020 | Posted by: chadmin
Dear friends,
Please know of my prayers for you and all of your loved ones. This is truly an unprecedented time. As you know, Bishop Jenky suspended Masses in the Peoria Diocese. The State of Illinois closed all schools through March 30, 2020. St. Philomena Church and Parish Office is currently closed as well. If you have any questions or concerns for the office staff or if you need to communicate with me, you can email parish@stphils.com or call 309-682-8642. We will communicate as more information becomes available.
To help us stay connected, I am offering a daily Mass through YouTube and Facebook. If we have any updates, I plan to announce them at the end of Mass. We will also use this medium to communicate with our schoolchildren who are currently in their homes at the St. Philomena Domestic Church.
Please know of my prayers for you during these challenging times. Let us remain hopeful that as quickly as life changed the last week, we will return to “normal” soon. Be nice to each other!
God bless you,
Fr. David
